Which customised packaging can you order at Labelprint24?

At Labelprint24 you can choose from a wide range of customised cardboard packaging. It doesn't matter whether you need product packaging, printed shipping packaging or unprinted shipping packaging. You are free to choose the corresponding dimensions within a certain range. This gives you a high degree of flexibility and is a great help in adapting the boxes individually to the size of the product.

The following examples show you the flexibility you have when configuring the dimensions of the respective packaging. The folding carton with tuck-in flap is available from Labelprint24 in two variants - according to FEFCO 0210 (standard version) and according to FEFCO 0211 (our variant with tuck-in bottom). While the first version is particularly easy to handle, the model with insertable bottom is suitable for heavier goods such as computer accessories like monitors, power supply units or similar. You can select the corresponding dimensions for both variants in the product configurator. 

The possible length is between 50 and 600 mm, the width between 50 and 400 mm and the height between 100 and 500 mm. You can also configure the adhesive and plug-in flaps of our boxes individually. For the former, the possible frame is 20 to 50 mm, for the latter 20 to 40 mm. 

The folding box with tuck-in bottom, on the other hand, is quick and easy to set up and shines with a high degree of stability. With a glance at the dimensions, you have the same options as for the folding carton with tuck-in flap. The folding carton with automatic base is even more efficient and stable. It stands up by itself and provides secure packaging for heavy products. You can configure the length between 85 and 600 mm, the width between 65 and 400 mm. The other dimensions are within the same range as for the previously mentioned packaging.

The hinged lid box with adhesive strip offers a particularly secure and efficient closure. The design allows the packaging to be resealed, which is particularly advantageous for potential returns. You can choose between 100 and 700 mm in length and width respectively, and between 20 and 250 mm in height. 

The cardboard slipcase offers many uses thanks to its sleeve. It can also be used very effectively as an advertising and information surface. The flexible configuration options for this packaging are a length of 50 to 580 mm, a width of 50 to 380 mm and a height of 100 to 500 mm.

The cross packaging is characterised by the fact that it has the shape of a cross when unfolded. At Labelprint24 it has a configurable length between 120 and 1200 mm. The width is between 50 and 850 mm, the height between 10 and 190 mm.

Corrugated cardboard is made from paper, is lightweight and extremely robust, stable and resistant due to its special construction with one or more corrugated inner sheets. Corrugated board thus offers a high level of protection and safeguards the packaged goods. Corrugated board also offers many advantages from an economic and above all ecological perspective. This is because corrugated board can be 100 percent recycled, is renewable as a recycled product and can be reused. This saves costs and reduces the CO2 footprint. In addition, less resources and energy are needed in the production process. For these reasons, corrugated board is an environmentally friendly and sustainable top quality solution for us.

E-flute

This single-flutetype of shaft is an ultra-fine flute or microwave. The flute height is 1.5 mm with a narrow flute pitch of 3 mm. This type of flute is used, for example, for packaging food and light products weighing up to 10 kg. It also has excellent printability, which opens up additional areas of application. This single-flute variant has established itself primarily as sales packaging for high-quality consumer goods. You can also use the e-flute as product packaging for presentations, sales events and marketing events or directly at the point of sale.

B-flute

This is a fine flute with a flute height of 3 mm and a flute pitch of 4.8 mm. The B-shaft is predestined for smaller products and precisely fitting automatic packaging. Products with a maximum weight of 20 kg are reliably secured against external influences. In this case, too, the small pitch ensures exceptionally good printing. In addition, this type of flute plays an important role in the combination of different flute types (EB flute, BC flute, etc.).

EB-flute

This is a combination of fine flute and fine shaft. By combining the respective advantages of the two different types of flute, the double flute EB flute ensures greater stability and robustness than the single flute variants. This makes it possible to safely pack, transport and ship contents weighing up to 30 kg using customised EB flute cartons. It is not for nothing that these packaging solutions are also used in industry.

  • Can production be accelerated when deadlines are tight?

Yes, this is possible. To do this, you need to click on the buttons "express production" or "urgent production" in the product configurator. Production will then take place within 10 or 5 days respectively. This is significantly faster than the 15-day production time for standard production.

  • Is it possible to view samples before placing an order?

  • What are the flute heights of the double flute boxes?

FEFCO codes: The classifications of the cartons

Many of our cartons are categorised according to so-called FEFCO codes. FECO stands for "Fédération Européenne des Fabricants de Carton Ondule" (European Federation of Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturers) and was founded in Brussels in 1952. In the following decade, a catalogue was developed with the codes already mentioned. The FEFCO code is an internationally valid code for describing corrugated board packaging materials. Among the products with FEFCO code in our range, which are categorised accordingly, are:

  • FEFCO 0713 (Folding carton with automatic bottom)
  • FEFCO 0215 (folding carton with insertable bottom)
  • FEFCO 0885 (folding lid box with adhesive strip)

All corrugated cardboard boxes are marked with a four-digit FEFCO code so that the exact design of the box can be described. This facilitates communication between traders and suppliers. The first two digits describe the basic type of the carton. All cartons with the front digits 02, for example, belong to the type folding box or folding crate. Our folding carton with tuck-in bottom according to FEFCO 0215 is a bestseller among packaging. The packaging is made from one piece of corrugated board. All important elements are cut out or punched out. The cardboard boxes are delivered folded flat and can then be easily erected by you.
