Our bestseller - FEFCO 0215

FEFCO 0215 - Template

Our folding boxes with snap lock base according to FEFCO 0215 is a bestseller among printed packaging. The packaging is made from one piece of corrugated cardboard. All important elements are cut out or punched out. The cardboard boxes are delivered folded and can be easily set up by you. The lid of our folding boxes is made of a tuck-in flap. This allows your goods to be reliably closed and opened in the folding boxes made by Labelprint24.

The snap lock base is one of several variants for securely closing corrugated cardboard boxes at the bottom. Thanks to a special design, the four tabs of the bottom can simply be plugged together and hold each other together. A snap lock base has a number of advantages. For example, you do not need any additional glue to assemble folding boxes with a snap lock base. Your goods are secured on the snap lock base by the "hooking" of the four tuck-in flaps. In addition, you can open the snap lock base again at any time to store your boxes flat. This makes it possible to use the cardboard boxes more often. At the same time, it has a positive effect on the environment.

Sustainability for a better environment

Our FEFCO 0215 folding cartons can not only be used more than once, but are also recyclable. For us, sustainability is an important focus and part of our company philosophy. That's why our folding boxes are made of high-quality and first-class corrugated cardboard. Corrugated cardboard is made in Germany from sustainable raw materials and can therefore be completely recycled. After the adhesives, impregnations and other chemicals have been removed from the corrugated cardboard, it can be almost completely recycled. Different types of corrugated cardboard have been developed over several years:

The E-flute is a very fine or micro flute and has a particularly high quality. This type of flute is particularly well suited for printing and shipping lighter products. With a thickness of 1.5 millimetres, this type of flute is the thinnest we can offer you. Nevertheless, the flute can bear a load of up to approximately 10 kilograms. With a thickness of 3 millimetres, the B-flute is twice as strong as the E-flute and is therefore also called a fine flute. The flute is particularly suitable for product and shipping packaging. The maximum load capacity is around 20 kilograms. The EB flute, also called double flute, is the strongest material for cardboard packaging at Labelprint24. The flute can withstand loads of up to around 30 kilograms and is therefore suitable for heavier products.

Types of flute: E, B, EB

FEFCO 0215 Folding boxes and crates

In addition, our cardboard boxes comply with the FEFCO code. The code is an international standard for describing the structure of cardboard boxes. This facilitates communication between traders and suppliers. The first two digits describe the basic type of cardboard box. All cardboard boxes with the front digits 02 belong to the type folding box or folding crate.
