Folding box with reverse tuck end
The folding box with tuck-in flap is the most frequently used type of folding box. The construction of this type of box is uncomplicated. It consists of only one body, which is glued at the long side with the adhesive flap. The folding box with tuck-in flaps at the bottom and top is securely closed by folding in the two dust flaps and the one insert flap. This box has standard offset flaps and complies with the ECMA A2220 standard.
Folding box with crash lock bottom
Folding cartons with insert bases are a special form of folding carton with a tuck-in flap. While in this type of folding box the lid is also closed with a tuck-in flaps, the insert flaps on the bottom of the folding box with the insert bottom interlock during erection and thus form a firm closure, even without glue. This box complies with the ECMA A5521B standard.
