Ready-to-assemble boxes with automatic base

Automatic base cartons are quick and easy to assemble. The flaps at the base are already glued together, so once the flat box is erected into a square shape, the bottom flaps automatically fold into position. Thanks to their stability, foldable boxes with automatic bottoms are especially suitable for heavy or fragile goods, as well as for items produced in series. Additionally, automatic bottom cartons are versatile across different industries. Compared to traditional folding cartons, there's no need for additional glue or tape, saving significant time and money - and they’re also ideal for transport. These cartons are perfect for businesses or companies that need to pack many boxes quickly.

Self-assembling base

The self-assembling base is also known as a self-locking or crash lock base. It is called a self-locking base because it can be set up quickly with just a few gestures. The pre-glued and folded bottom flaps unfold during assembly to create a stable base. Additionally, the carton is very durable, as it can be folded and set up, not only swiftly, but repeatedly.

Our materials

Our packaging is made from corrugated cardboard, an environmentally friendly material. Corrugated cardboard is derived from transformed paper, the paper gains strength through “corrugation” or waving. It is produced by bonding together at least one sheet of smooth paper and one sheet of corrugated (waved) paper. Sustainability is a key priority in our corporate philosophy, and that’s why our corrugated cartons are made from renewable raw materials and are fully recyclable. In fact, around 80% of our annual production consists of recycled materials. Corrugated cardboard offers significant advantages in terms of sustainability and resource conservation.

Labelprint24 offers three different types of flute:

E-flute (also called micro-flute or fine flute) provides high quality and is suitable for lighter products up to 10 kg.
B-flute (also called fine flute) is approximately twice as “strong” as E-flute and is ideal for packaging and shipping products up to about 20 kg.
EB-flute (also known as double-flute) is the thickest at 4.5 millimetres and can be used for heavier products up to approximately 30 kg.

Most of our products also comply with the FEFCO standard, which is clearly indicated in the product name.

Secure protection for your products

The foldable base provides the carton with stability and makes it easier to handle during assembly. Additionally, this unique base protects against external influences such as moisture and dirt, furthermore, can also opt to have your carton coated with a varnish or a protective lamination. With a coating from Labelprint24, your cartons gain extra resistance to moisture, UV rays, and scratches - at the same time, your cartons are enhanced by their visual and tactile qualities.
