With a flute pitch of 2.6 to 3.5 mm and a flute height of 1.5 mm, the E-flute is ideal for shipping boxes with lighter goods. Although it is the thinnest corrugation available at Labelprint24, it can still carry loads of up to 10 kg, making it perfect for premium, lightweight packaging.

B-flute

The B-flute, which is twice as thick as E-flute, is known as a fine flute. It features a smooth surface that is easy to print on and provides good sturdiness. Ideal for product and shipping packaging, it can handle loads of up to approximately 20 kg.

In our product configurator, you can choose whether the corrugated cardboard should be brown or white on the inside and outside. The B-flute has a flute pitch of 4.8 to 6.5 mm and a flute height of 3 mm. Its combination of strength and excellent printability makes it a popular choice both in retail and for shipping purposes.

EB-flute – The popular double flute for strength and printability

The more layers of corrugated and smooth paper webs glued together, the more stable the box becomes. At Labelprint24, we offer the combination of E- and B-flute, creating the EB-flute, also known as double flute. This configuration is considered the most popular flute combination, with both flutes glued together using a smooth intermediate web.

The E-flute forms the outer layer, making it easy to print and ensuring your design is displayed prominently. With a carrying capacity of up to 30 kg, the EB-flute is suitable for shipping heavier goods and merchandise, offering the perfect balance of strength along with aesthetic value.

Versatile hinged lid boxes – FEFCO 0885

These boxes are foldable and also stable, requiring no additional adhesives for assembly. The main advantages of FEFCO type 0885 are the tear-open flap and the integrated adhesive strips. Customers can open the box effortlessly by pulling the flap with a simple hand movement.

For return shipments, the box can be securely resealed by removing the film from the second adhesive strip and pressing it onto the front side of the box, ensuring reliable transport protection.

Large letter box

We offer the large letter box in the standard size of 340 x 240 x 15 mm. If you would like to send a large letter box via the Royal Mail, you must comply with the specified sizes and maximum weight. For the large letter box, these specifications are as follows:
