Water-based inkjet blank labels require a water-absorbent print coating in order to absorb the ink well. Water-based inkjet printers are the most widely used desktop printers for office and private labelling, they print with ink dyes dissolved in water, the substrate absorbs the water and the dyes or pigments remain on the blank labels.
Types of blank water-based inkjet labels:
- Office labels
- Product labels
- Binder labels
- Folder labels
- CD labels
- Fine art labels
Blank water-based inkjet labels are particularly environmentally friendly to print on, as no solvents are required. These labels are usually made of paper and are suitable for indoor use. Our blank water-based inkjet labels are also suitable for Memjet and HP PageWide printers.
