Customised cardboard box

FEFCO 0203 - Template

Cardboard boxes according to FEFCO 0203 (or also called cardboard packaging/cardboard box) have overlapping bottom and lid flaps. This creates a double bottom which is very stable. The inner flaps are not overlapping but touching. Despite their stable shape, cardboard boxes can be stored in a space-saving way and are easy to assemble. Only a few steps are needed to assemble the box. To close the carton, either gluing, wire stitching or adhesive tape can be used. Since all cardboard boxes at Labelprint24 are made to measure, you can save on packaging and handling costs. Your boxes are made to fit exactly, so you don't need any additional filling materials.

Our custom-made boxes are manufactured individually according to your needs. You can choose between different cardboard variants depending on your needs. Our cardboard boxes are made of sturdy single or double wall corrugated cardboard. Our cardboard boxes are distinguished as follows:

  • Single wall corrugated board (E-flute): for light goods up to 10 kilograms.
  • Single wall corrugated board (B-flute): for medium shipments up to 20 kilograms.
  • Double wall corrugated board (EB flute): for heavy goods up to 30 kilograms.
Types of flutes: E, B, EB flute

Due to their solid construction and high strength, cardboard boxes guarantee safe shipping of light and heavy products and have excellent stability. As the bottom and lid flaps overlap, the folding boxboard is more stable than other folding boxes and therefore suitable for heavier items. The printed packaging according to FEFCO 0203 from Labelprint24 is easy and quick to assemble and is ideal as a shipping and packaging solution, but is also frequently used at the point of sale. Folding cartons offer optimal protection for your products with space-saving dimensions.

Cardboard boxes as the ideal shipping solution

The structure of the cardboard box offers double protection: protection against unauthorised access and protection against high transport and weight loads. Due to the complete closure without open gaps, it is difficult to reach into the box. Thus, the packaged goods are protected from third parties during transport. Thanks to customisation, we produce the right carton for every shipment. This allows you to save costs and results in less waste for the end user. The high quality of the cardboard boxes also ensures reduced waste production, as the boxes are made of corrugated cardboard and are reusable.
