Membrane can or paper can?

With the cardboard cans from Labelprint24 you basically have the choice between two different products:

• Our paper cans have a sturdy body made of wound recycled cardboard and are suitable for many applications thanks to plastic press-in lids and bases.
• Our membrane cans are additionally equipped with an aluminium coating and are therefore ideal for food or other sensitive products.

Of course, you get the usual high quality from Labelprint24 with both variants.


Paper cans

Low weight with the greatest possible stability: As packaging, our paper cans bring significant advantages over other packaging solutions. They are efficient in every respect - from simple filling to complete recycling. What's more, their round shape alone makes them stand out positively on any shelf.

 

Membrane cans

Our membrane cans offer the same advantages as the paper cans from Labelprint24 - and a little bit more. Thanks to a wafer-thin aluminium coating on the inside of the tins, food is also optimally protected. Whether liquid or powder, the food-safe membrane cans guarantee reliable protection.

Formats

With our membrane cans and paper cans, we also place great value on variety and the ability to tailor them precisely to your needs. That's why we offer different formats that allow you to precisely adapt all cardboard cans to any product - a cost-efficient and material-saving packaging for many purposes.

˃ Diameter__
You have the choice between four different diameters: We supply our membrane cans and paper cans with 56, 73, 90 or 99 mm diameter.

˃ Height__
In principle, you can vary the height of the cardboard cans between 50 and 280 mm. However, please note that the maximum can height depends on the respective diameter.

Materials

Our cardboard cans easily meet all the requirements for contemporary packaging solutions: sustainable materials with excellent protective properties - and an unusual shape that adds real value to marketing.

˃ Material__
We only use high-quality recycled cardboard with a thickness of 1 mm for our membrane cans and paper cans. This is wound into the round shape and thus offers high stability. This means that all our cardboard cans can withstand knocks without difficulty. The recycled cardboard is suitable for all non-food products, i.e. bottles, jars and similar containers. The additional aluminium coating of our membrane cans also allows the packaging of food and luxury foods, pet food, pharmaceutical products and much more.

˃ Surface material__
All cans are always delivered with an untreated, natural-coloured paper surface. For printed cardboard cans, simply add our wood-free offset paper to the calculator for excellent printing results.

The lids are easy to press in (all our cans are delivered with the can lid already pressed in). This can be done mechanically and automatically - for high cycle rates - or by hand for small quantities. In any case, sealing grooves ensure that the cans are completely tight after filling.
