Our customers are at the heart of our business. The quality of our products is designed for total customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of quality. The company is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for our quality management processes. In order to generate and improve quality, we take great care at all stages of order processing to avoid errors and to rigorously eliminate sources of errors.

Our business with suppliers and other companies is based on partnership. We believe in doing fair business with our partners and work to counter bribery and corruption through transparency and by giving employees clear instructions.

Consumer protection

All data relating to your end customers and orders is of course kept strictly confidential.

Reconciling work and family

It is a matter of course for us to create a working environment in which work can and may be fun. As web shop operators we have to be accessible to our customers outside the usual office hours of other printing companies. Our employees work different times on different shifts. We offer part-time positions to mothers with school-age children. After maternity leave the job is available again to the employee with a child, if they want it.

Preservation and enhancing skills

We provide the opportunity for all employees in our company to continue their education in their field of work, for instance in label production. Trade journals and reference books are freely available. When new technology or software is introduced, staff are given training in this. Information on the internet is available in the company at any time.

Approximately half of our workforce has worked in our company for a long time - a figure that speaks for a high "feel good factor". Every employee is regularly instructed on, and their attention is drawn towards, the necessary measures to protect their health in the workplace. Alcohol, drugs and any other harmful substances are not allowed on our premises. Workstations are designed in accordance with legal guidelines to comply with occupational safety.

Our company embraces its environmental responsibility. We do this by examining the use of environmentally friendly technologies and taking into account environmental aspects during the planning or development of new processes or products, such as multi-page labels or booklet labels.

Corporate Citizenship

We offer project groups, by arrangement, the opportunity to visit our company and to gain an insight into the "black magic". We support clubs and cultural institutions in the towns of Weingarten and Grossenhain by sponsoring advertisements in program booklets. We regularly donate to charitable causes such as Unicef, schools for the blind etc., support local and national institutions and promote sport.
