Crash lock base cartons - versatile configurable

Our high-quality shipping cartons with stable crash lock base made of corrugated board can be assembled twice as fast as cardboard shipping boxes type FEFCO 0201 or comparable packaging alternatives, regardless of size and content volume. Correspondingly fast, you can then load the cardboard boxes with the desired goods and then deliver them immediately. The entire value chain is thus noticeably accelerated in terms of the individual processes.

  As part of our Standard production, we will complete your order within 15 working days. If you are limited by time, you can alternatively order a Urgent production. In this case, we complete the entire production within 10 working days at the latest. For those in a particular hurry, an Express production is available with a maximum production time of 5 days.


• What is the difference between boxes with an crash lock base and boxes with a snap lock base bottom?
  In cartons with an crash lock base, the bottom is already pre-glued and automatically erects when the carton is unfolded. The bottom of cartons with a snap lock bottom has to be put together by hand.


• How are boxes with an crash lock base delivered?
  Our fast bottom boxes are delivered in a folded state so that they can be transported and stored in a space-saving way. The bottom only straightens up when the box is folded.


• What delivery times should I expect?
  As a rule, your ordered boxes with crash lock base will arrive within 2 working days after the end of production.


• Is there a minimum order quantity?
  Yes, but this is in a very low range. We accept orders as low as 10 pieces per design.
